How to Use This Engine
1.Go to Record Issues and enter each problem, its category, and how many times it occurred.
2.View Priority Analysis to see issues ranked by impact, with contribution percentages.
3.View the Pareto Chart — the chart shows which issues drive the most problems.
4.Review Top Priorities for a plain-language management summary.
5.Assign actions in the Action Tracker for each priority issue.
6.Export or print from Export & Reset.
How Pareto Works
The 80/20 Rule: In most operations, roughly 20% of problems cause 80% of the impact.
Pareto Analysis ranks issues by how much they contribute to total problems — so managers can fix the most important issues first.
